FAQ

How long is the wait time?

-We aim to get each patient in and out within 30 minutes to an hour maximum. Your wait time may vary depending on the time you arrive, so please be on time for your appointment. If you are late, the next patient will get your time slot, and yours will be pushed back. If you are running late, need to reschedule, or cancel, please give us a call and let us know, thank you.

Do I need to bring anything with me to the appointment?

-Please bring your ID and a mask with you. If you do not have a physical copy of your ID, you can email a copy to southeastdekalbgyn@gmail.com. If you are a minor, your parent or legal guardian needs to be present at your appointment. You need to bring a birth certificate (or legal guardianship document) and another form of identification (e.g. a social security card or school ID). Also, your parent/legal guardian needs to bring their ID.

What forms of payment can be used?

-We take cash and/or card payments. Insurance is not covered for these procedures. There is a NAF hotline you can call to see if you qualify for financial assistance (funding) 1-800-772-9100.

Can we bring a guest with us?

-Yes! You can bring a guest with you. Out of respect for our other patients, please do not bring any children into the facility, thank you for understanding.
